Interior Affairs and Public Administration Minister Agim Veliu met with Health Minister Arben Vitita and National Public Health Institute Director Naser Ramadanin, with whom they discussed managing the situation related to Coronavirus.

In this case, Minister Vitita announced to Minister Veliu, the commitments of the Ministry of Health and the National Public Health Institute for taking measures for a possible new epidemiological situation, which has included several countries of the world and that our country can potentially be affected.

Through a media communique, it became known that the Ministry of Health has authorized I KSHPK to mobilise all professional capacities in managing this situation.

The year also stressed that all institutional involvement and the assistance of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Public Administration are needed to manage whatever situation we may face in the future.

Veliu expressed his commitment and said that all institutional capacities the Interior Ministry has will be made available to manage any epidemiological situation that may arise.

He said security institutions will be ready and in state function for whatever needs are required, so that the situation is controlled by all state mechanisms as a whole.
