Charged for engage in terrorist group I SIS, Ainisa Abazi, has pleaded guilty to the initial review held Thursday at the Special Department of the Foundation Court in Pristina.

After reading the indictment by special prosecutor Fikrije Fejzullahu, the accused said she feels guilty for the criminal act she is being charged with, reports “Justice bet”.

I accept guilt. I apologize. I feel very guilty about this work that I communicate about. I thank the state of Kosovo that has been able to bring us back to our country, we are now very good”, Abazi said.

This guilty admission has not been rejected by prosecutor Fejzullahu, nor by the defender, lawyer Sabrie Krasniqi, and was subsequently approved by Judge Valbona Selimaj, with the argument that the admission was made voluntarily by the accused, without pressure and that she found support in the subject's paperwork.

Lawyer Krasniqi has proposed to the court that, in the case of pronouncing her defense sentence, she is given a milder sentence.

The announcement of the indictment in this criminal case will take place on February 24, 2020, at 09:20.

The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, on January 27, 2020, has filed charges against Aynisisa Abazi for criminal activity “Organisation and terrorist group participation”, from Article 143, KPRC's paragraph 2.
