At 04.02.2020, on the Rahovec-Suharek regional road, right on the stonebreaker “Shkoza” in the Rahovec municipality, with the aim of illegal profiting, the two defendants in co-ordination, sharing roles, stealing the property of the injured, Turkish national E.E.
Using the moment when workers were not present, they first contact the defendant B.I., with whom they are formerly represented as the owner of the stonebreaker, and then agree to buy the same metal equipment worth 4400 euros. The next day, all three are equipped with suitable tools for cutting metal parts and transporting them, taking various parts of the stonebreaker's machine, where according to the owner has been able to partially destroy his property, where the bull's value has reached about 250,000 euros.
The case prosecutor, against the defendants, has applied for the appointment of a 30-day detention measure.
