Renowned Croatian scientist shows why the fear of coronary is exaggerated

Ivan Djikic, a prominent Croatian scientist and associate of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, believes panic has spread far around the world for a new coronary strain called COVID-19, and that all forget the flu take 65,000 lives a year. This virus is similar to the flu virus [...]
This virus is similar to the flu virus that mankind faces every year. The flu rate is 1 per cent, and last year it claimed 65,000 lives. For the coronary, it has been shown so far that mortality is 2 per cent and the effects of the disease are largely due to the elderly and people with a weak immune system. Therefore, we should not fear so much“, Djikic said after the first case of the Coronavirus appeared in Croatia as well.
He added that world scientists are working for a cure, but stressed it will not be for at least six months.
He also stressed that SARS and MERCS were much more dangerous and were not so frightened.
Each virus has its own long cycle. When it happens, it hurts many people but disappears over time. As long as it lasts on the number of people who contracted it and who can get infected. So it will be with the choreography”, Djikic said.
He is of the opinion that it is exaggerated to close borders, as according to him, he feels more fear.
While waiting for treatment, it can be said that no virus has so far brought together so many scientists worldwide as it is now. Reuters reported that 153 studies have been conducted so far, including epidemiological documents, genetic analysis and clinical reports.
675 scholars from around the world are said to have participated
