Former Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has spoken about publishing today's letter by Prime Minister Albin Kurti, where a letter was seen between Thaci at the time he was prime minister with former NATO Secretary Ramussen.
Haradinaj says Kurti is playing for populism with a 2013 letter, while voting the laws for KSF itself.
Haradinaj writes:
After the marathon work of securing US support and key partners within NATO, as well as pre-preparation and passing the 3 laws on transforming the KSF into the army for voting in the Kosovo Assembly, I have written this letter to NATO Secretary Jens Stoltenberg, in which I announce the historic mandate of transforming the KSF as a multiethnic professional force in the Kosovo Army, thanking him for the co-operation of the 20-year mission in Kosovo's peace security and security.
The purpose of the letter was to announce that following the election of laws in the Assembly, territorial restrictions on former letter are nullified - KM Thaci in 2013, and I extend an invitation NATO through KFOR sign new operational co-operation protocol, this time without territorial restrictions.
To avoid populism and concerns raised today about the 2013 letter, and possible legal and constitutional implications, I assure Kosovo citizens that today the KSF has full mandates on Kosovo's entire territory, without any restrictions. In this letter, I also extend an invitation NATO/ KFOR to adapt our relationship after the 3 laws vote in the Parliament, and draft new operational procedures for comprehensive co-operation without territorial restrictions.
The relationship with NATO for Kosovo is existential, and it must be preserved and cultivated wisely, always respecting the past and the mandate in power.
With our strategic relationship it doesn't make for some populist titles.
Read the laws we have voted on, and you have all the answers.
Prime Minister Kurti has these corruptions at full disposal in the prime minister, has also voted the laws where the KSF is mandated without territorial restrictions in the defence of Kosovo's sovereignty, and should already be aware of how historic the internal closure of Kosovo's sovereignty was, preparation, sending, and unanimous voting of KSF Laws in December 2018x0>.
