The series of physical liquidation threats to Ferizaj Foundation Prosecution Prosecutor Rasim Maloku and his family, through a telephone message, within this month is disturbing for the Kosovo Prosecutor's Association.
“The Prosecutors' Association calls for all institutions from which the threats are coming, to take all necessary legal actions for the arrest of any person who makes such threats to Kosovo state prosecutors”, the association's communiqué reported.
The Kosovo Prosecutors' Association condemns any illegal act by anyone and in any way that comes against state prosecutors.
“Threats or attacks on state prosecutors, will not shake up any prosecutors to enforce the law and take all possible legal actions to bring to justice all those suspected of having committed criminal acts”, the communique concludes.
