It is thought that the images were made public on a website on February 2nd and then deleted. But after police arrested Dzhaborov they were re-posted again.
The young man was arrested by police yesterday, while two of his associates have been reported on the run and are still working on their capture by the police.
Carmatulo is accused of criminal hooliganism, the charge which in the Russian state is sentenced to up to 5 years in prison, as well as a fine of 8 thousand euros.
