Nitay: Speaker of the Parliament can't be changed, he should resign or be fired

AAK official Muharrem Nitaj says the Speaker of the Parliament can be changed only by resigning or being fired. Any other form, he says, is unconstitutional.

A head of Parliament can only be changed by giving up or being fired. There's no other shape. Any other formula is unconstitutional.
