Pristina's Foundation Court has scheduled the first hearing of the case, where the accused are activists and former Vetevendosje activists, nearly two years after the Court of Appeals turned the case into retrial.
The hearing invitations have already reached defence lawyers, KTV reports.
Egzon Halit's lawyer, Emrush Kastrati, is convinced that the end of the process will find his defense and the other three indictees free.
According to Kastract, there has been lack of evidence proving their involvement and the act of first degree has been built on prejudice.
Pristina's Constitutional Court, November 17, 2017, had sentenced Frasher Krasniqi, six years in prison, and Arifin, 5 years and 5 months, Egzon Halitti and 2 years to Adea Batusha.
The court pronounced the sentence of over two decades of imprisonment for them after finding them guilty of terrorism in connection with the attack on Kosovo's Parliament in 2016, before the second degree in a series of violations, the case would be turned into retrial.
Investigation into the case was also Astrit Dehari, until he was found dead in his cell while in custody in Prizren.
