Selmanaj has said the tax should be lifted as soon as possible.
“We are aware that it is the professional and dynamic approach of US involvement in dialogue with Serbia is important to us. The big and clear demand that the tax as a blocking element should be removed from the road to open the possibility for Kosovo to return to dialogue. Seeing the advice, that the tax decision should be taken as soon as possible”, he said in Kosovo Clan, the Periscopi broadcasts.
He has talked about relations with Vetevendosje on the tax issue, saying that 100% were not hired for the job.
We're not 100% convinced, but we're in the process of clarifying. In fact, we're not even left on the level of discussion yet, I don't know if this issue of tax removal was laid out, like having time differences, should be read correctly and the message that comes to us from the American administration and we don't have time to lose”, he said.
“We're not interested in staying in a governing coalition that can get the right of an anti-American government”
“I cannot stay as an American deputy, he says he shuts down co-operation and bans forces and funds to Kosovo”, he has said.
He has also said that deciding to reciprocity with Serbia requires analysis and consultation with Kosovo friends.
