Gashi has been part of the Kosovo Assembly since 2010. From this year until 2014, he has been chairman of the Commission for Legislation, while between 2014 and 2017, he has been a member of the European Integration Commission.
Currently, Gashi is legalist at a university, until earlier he was the adviser to Pristina Mayor.
Otherwise, in addition to Gashi's appointment as head of the Parliamentary Group, at today's meeting of the LDK General Council, four vice-presidents of Isa Mustaf have been voted. Vice Presidents have also become Ismet Beqiri, Imri Ahmeti, Anton Kuni and Gazmend Muhharrier and Haki Rugova.
