The new labour law in Germany, new regulations that enter into force from March 1st

Germany goes into effect on March 1st the new Law for immigration the qualified workforce by non-member states of the European Union (third countries). Here are new employment rules.

On 01.03.20s, new regulations for immigration the qualified workforce in Germany take effect. This Law provides new opportunities for employing employees with qualifications and professions coming from non-EU member states to work in Germany.

New Law What Changes?

The new immigration law allows qualified workers and persons with
High schooling by third countries (so outside the European Union, including Kosovo and Albania), is easier to emigrate to Germany.

The existing legal definitions of qualified workers with high-school/university degrees continue to remain valid.

People who want to seek work or want to start work in Germany still need visa equipment. The application is made at the German Embassy in Pristina, Tirana, Skopje... that is, the countries of origin.

For those who do not have sufficient qualifications or do not have any professional qualifications, the rules apply the same as before. So they don't get involved in new rules.

Who is considered a qualified workforce?

Qualified workforce is considered persons with university diplomas as well as those with professional qualifications known in Germany. What is needed to seek a visa for qualified persons?

Finding a job under the new Law requires not only the employment contract but also the recognition of the diploma. When diplomas or qualifications are known, visa requirements may be filed.

First, there must be formal recognition, verification, your qualifications by the relevant authorities in Germany.

This procedure should be initiated as soon as possible if someone wants to find work in Germany. The procedure can begin immediately.

You can apply for a working visa after knowing your qualifications and after finding a job offer in Germany.

This procedure applies to the qualified workforce. But for auxiliary activities or those who want to learn a profession it's not worth it.

Recognition or qualification is not necessary if a presponsion has two-year qualifications in Germany, or whether it has a university degree issued by a German school/university.

With the new law, people can go to Germany and six months to look for work. The condition is to recognise the language and relevant diplomas. There's no way for social assistance.

The visa may be requested since March 1, 2020.

Terms under the new procedure can only be assigned if you have carried out your diploma recognition procedure or professional qualifications.

Rules for the Western Balkans ““

So far under labour-power regulations from the Western Balkans, only one job contract has been required to obtain a working visa at the embassy.

Under new regulations, a job offer is required, but recognition of the diploma by German authorities is also required. Rules for labour power from the Western Balkans still apply, but terms under these rules are usually expected longer than a year.
