The warmest congratulations to fellow citizens of our state and the entire Albanian nation for the 12th anniversary of Kosovo's Independence. February 17, 2008, was the fulfillment of an early dream of freedom of independence for many generations, so it expresses honor for all those heroes, warriors, and activists who, with their centuries - old sacrifices, made possible the days we enjoy today. We take pride in our independent democratic state that has become an important factor in stability for the region and in a model of respect for human and minority rights. Therefore, special congratulations on all those who, with their great efforts during these few years of independence, have caused Kosovo to achieve so much in building and consolidating its institutions.
