Initial hearings in Oliver Ivanov's murder case begin

At the Constitutional Court in Pristina, initial hearings against the accused have been launched in the case of the Serbian politician, Oliver Ivanovic, which had occurred on 16 January 2018.
This session was scheduled to be held another month ago, but that didn't happen because of the change in the indictment.
The case judge, Valon Curtisaj, said that since the media have not applied for conveying this session, the media are allowed to take images only until the reading of the indictment is done, while journalists are allowed to stay in session but without recording.
Kosovo's Special Prosecutor has filed charges on December 2nd against six persons of Serbian nationalism, Marko Rassic, Nedelko Spasojevicq, Dragisa Markovic, Zarko Jovanovic, Silvana Arsovic and Radeta Basara, who are charged with criminal acts, participation or organisation of the criminal group, misuse of the official position, help carry out the criminal act grave murder, unauthorised possession of the weapon, intelligence of the official secret and misuse of official office by manipulating with evidence.
