Raafat Maglad, 70, was treated at the hospital for the stab wound in the neck following Thursday's attack, the BBC reports.
After returning to the mosque near Regent Park for Friday's prayers, he said he did not hate his assailant and felt sorry for him and that he has decided to forgive him, broadcast Albuk Tv.
