Enthusiasz and a distinctive dress had come from Ferizaj and Shukri Retkoceri to celebrate.

But not very optimistic are some other citizens. Despite enjoying the fact that Kosovo is a state, they say they are disappointed with what has happened for 12 years now.
We're not very satisfied with that right. If I was alone, I'd be passed, but I'm hearing a lot of people that are not pleased with us”, said citizen Nezir Hajoll.
