Periscop last night published a video watching attorney Tome Gashi kick ass the collected money. of a beggar in Pristina.
Nagavci through a Facebook post said that human freedoms and rights are guaranteed and that such should be known especially to those who do justice, alluding to lawyer Tome Gashi.

It is neither human nor right to treat the poor and the weak with contempt.
Everyone should know, especially those who are concerned, that the full respect of basic human rights and freedoms is guaranteed to each and should be respected by each one.
The sound of the beggar's request would have to be silent, it's the noise that called for reflection beyond that. The Republic of Kosovo has organs, institutions and entities that would have to deal with each case, and the one very sensitively and therefore a citizen to establish justice himself, whoever it is.
It is a duty of institutions to create well-being conditions for citizens to ensure that the Inspectorate does its job, that wrongdoers take responsibility under law, and that those in need are supported and supported.
Last night's act is wrong and cannot be justified. I condemn every act of conduct that violates or denigrates another, no matter who it comes from or who it applies to.
All humans are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They have reason and conscience and should be led to each other with spirit of brotherhood”,
