The Philippines Department of Health said that a 44 - year - old man from Wuhan, China, died of coronary after suffering pneumonia. This was the first death outside China of over 130 patients reported in dozens of countries.
The dead person had stayed with a 38-year-old woman who was also diagnosed with coronary and those two people so far are the only two confirmed cases in the Philippines.
All new cases of deaths and infections in China in the last 24 hours were recorded in the province of Hubei, which is the virus's epidera, writes “Reuters”.
China is increasingly facing isolation because other countries have taken measures to restrict the movement of travelers coming from this country.
Last Thursday, the World Health Organization declared the state of global emergency, but it has no need for restrictions on trade and travel sectors.
