Chinese officials are angry with Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic, as they believe he is avoiding a visit to China.

The Serbian minister's statement yesterday that he was planning to go to China, but that he should consider returning from China since his stay in quarantine due to the coronary lasts 14 days.
