Earlier, Northern Macedonia confirmed its first case with Corleone.
Health Minister Venko Filipce announced that it is a citizen, 50, returned several days ago from a trip to Italy.
In addition to China, Iran, South Korea and Japan, Italy is another hot spot in the spread of the virus with 374 confirmed cases and 12 deaths.
No case has yet been confirmed in Kosovo.
