Brian Reka: No membership has occurred within government mandate

The new European Integration Minister (MIE), Blerim Reka, has officially accepted office by the current Minister of Minister, Gift Hoxha.

In the case of taking office, Blerim Reka said the integration process is an army marathon, which does not start by his predecessor, nor ends with himself.
