Our goal is to be part of Kosovo if 3 conditions are met. First, we don't want to be separated. Presevo Valley consists of the Presevo, Medvedja and Bujanoc municipality. We do not want one municipality to remain in Serbia and the other two to join. We don't want to be part of the deal with territories. If we unite, we unite as a whole, if we remain, as a whole”, Arifi said.
As a second condition, he mentioned separation not near cities. As the last condition, Shqip Arifi, mentions co-ordination with the US and Europe. He says they don't make any decisions without the support of Brussels and Washington.
