Alban Zogaj, head of Lumir Abdixhiku cabinet

Infrastructure and Environment Minister Lumir Abdixhiku has announced that cabinet chief at the ministry will be Alban Zogaj.

Dr. Alban Zogaj will be chief of my cabinet in the ministry. The Albanian has finished its practice in Great Britain and its doctorate for economics in Italy.

It specializes in macroeconomic policies, development economics, industrial policies, public finances and management. A number of economic works are published in the most prestigious international magazines. Recently he was the lead economist in the prestigious American MCC organisation, the office in Kosovo.

As an economic expert, as a university legalist, as an extraordinary manager, Alban, with his 15-year experience in projects inside and abroad, will bring my team co-ordination and energy necessary.
