3 Challenges Risking Kurti Government's Immediate Failure

The long-term change has been linked to economic opportunities for the country's citizens, as well as equal employment opportunities and the perspective on social structure.

Also, the problem of party employment is difficult enough to overcome shows that the division of a part of the VV party's salary, which went to party activists.

Many activists can find themselves marginalised by the party after sharing numerous government positions, such as those of deputy ministers, political advisers, assistants, etc.

But problem remains the LDK's behaviour to Kurti government in this regard, as this party in the past has been recognised for party employment in the 15-year-old ruling period.

Not all of his voters have forgotten his tough stances against dialogue with Serbia, and then against the agreements made quickly and without principled negotiations.

Over the years, inevitable citizens will seek better life, prosperity, and dignity, and they will not be satisfied with merely beautifully expressed words.

According to the AKS, over 30 per cent of Kosovo's citizens are unemployed. This especially affects youths between the ages of 18 and 30, out of whom the unemployment rate is over 60 percent. But women whose statistics say that nearly 80 percent suffer from the issue also suffer.

Another major problem is rising consumer prices, while the private labour market remains in poor condition compared to state jobs that are much better paid. The new wage law is expected to create deep resentment among citizens who work in the private sector.

For all three issues, Kurti Government must take radical and rapid measures in order to maintain civic confidence.
