Full undisputed announcement:
Confirmed indictment against Mr. Nasim Haradinaj and Mr. Enter Gucati from Special Court
Nasim Haradinaj and Hysni Gucati, from September 25th, 2020 to today, have considered themselves kidnapped by the Special Court!
Today the indictment against them has been confirmed, which contains four points, according to the Special Prosecutor in Hague, has to do with obstruction of justice, and with concrete charges that according to them relate to the time period between 7 September and 25 September of this year.
Nasim Haradinaj and Hysni Gucatt today has been handed over to the indictment seized by the judge of the preliminary procedure and is expected to appear before the judge in the next hearings.
The president and vice president of the KLA OVL, and I in the case of the KLA OVL attorney, do not accept this ethnic, racist, extremely damaging to our Albanian nation and the independent state of Kosovo.
The Special Court was founded by deputies of the Kosovo Assembly on August 3rd in 2015, without even being handed over to the investigation of Prosecutor Clymt Wilson who investigated Dick Marty's evil claims, who in Serbia's interests gold to convince Europe's Council to investigate the trafficking of human organs committed by the KLA to cover Serbian crimes until genocide against the Albanian civilian population in Kosovo.
For criminal acts confirmed in this indictment, the Special Court in Hagga is not competent at all.
If the prosecution next to the Special Court in Hagge has evidence against Nasim Haradinaj and Hysni Gucati, the case should be sent to the Court of the Republic of Kosovo, but how can the Special Prosecutorship do that in Hagge, and the Special Court in Hague when the Republic of Kosovo that formed these institutions did not recognise it as an independent state.
