On December 3rd 2020, at the Kosovo Post's Acting Board of Directors is set to raise salaries for 30% for its top officials.

Apparently, senior officials don't mind their workers, who haven't yet received last month's salaries, and this is due to the company's poor financial situation.

Although the past Post board was due to its poor financial situation to high-ranking officials of this public enterprise, the new board has made a decision to accommodate wealthy high-wage officials. From whom this proposal has come, it is not stated in the document.

In the document, provided by news.net Chief Post Chief (19 November), Xhevdet Smakqi will receive no salary less than 2 thousand and 500 euros.

The economic salary has other officials: Deputy Executive Chief, 2100 euros, chief finance official and the 2100-euro Treasury, General/Secretary Adviser of the 2100-euro Corporation, interior audit official 2100 euros.

Smakqi has decided not to be as careful as the former U.D. of Chief Executive Chief Salih Morina, who had decided on lowering wages 30 % for top officials of this public enterprise, due to its serious financial situation.

Kosovo's NPQ Acting Board of Directors, in accordance with Law on NP No. 03 L-087 and Changes and Complete Law on NP No.04/L-111, at a regular meeting No.17, held on the date of 03/12-2020, makes this decision:

Executive Chief, 2500 euros

As a rationale, the Kosovo Post Directors' Interim Board says it has been the salary gap between the 17th and 16th degrees down and nowhere to mention whether there are financial problems or they are regulated.

Until the adoption of this decision on the provisional return of the former coffient for the 17th and 16th degrees has resulted from the dissonic payment gap among the following degrees, respectively, between 17th and 16 degrees and 15th and below. This decision is temporary, however, until the overall restructuring of wage cofficiency is made for all Kosovo Post workers, the decision signed by Acting Board chairman Leonard Shabanaj, says.

Chief Executive Chief Salih Morina was set to drop wages 30 % for top officials of this public enterprise, due to its serious financial situation. “Vulnetically was declared U.D. Chief Executive Chief Salih Morina for his write-off, from his salary: 2,500 euros, will now be 1,750 euros”, Kosovo Post announced.

Also for three senior officials' positions: The Post Secretary, Chief Financial and Treasury Official, as well as Internal Audition Official, was decided that wages of 2,100 euros, now on sale, receive 1,450 euros.
