A shoeman from Romania, who made big shoes during the first wave of the Coronavirus epidemic to ensure the distance set between people, launched a new line of winter shoes, believe it or not, 75-sized boots.
Grigore Lup says that the shoes he made in May, 75, were sold around the world, and that business enterprise enabled the store's survival, Reuters reports, broadcast Reporter.
He began making giant shoes when he noticed people standing very close and ignoring recommendations at a minimum distance.
In addition to regular orders, Lup says he has received orders from the performers, including an American band and a Belgian dance complainer, and from large-legged people.
Grigore sells a pair of boots at a price of 150 euros.
Grigore Lup has been a shoemaker for 40 years and before the pandemic he lived on errands from the theatres, dance assemblies, but the Coronavirus epidemic closed that part of the business.
