The specialised prosecutor has compiled an indictment against Hysni Gucatiti and Nasim Haradinaj.
The specialised prosecutor at The Hague has compiled an indictment against Hysni Gucatiti and Nasim Haradinaj.
The decision to appoint the judge of the preliminary procedure was taken on October 29th, but it was made public two days ago, so November 17th.
It's about Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj in that decision, that's confirmed by the Special Court.
“As you can see on our website, a new census is done on the matter- BC-2020-07, means, the Gucati case and Haradinaj”, the Special's response to the news.net says.
The prior procedure judge is Nicolas Guillou.
We note that on September 25th, Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj were arrested by EULEX on Special Court orders, following a several-hour raid at the offices of the Kosovo Liberation Army Veterans and Warriors' Organisation.
This arrest was made after the publication of several files allegedly belonging to the Special Court.
