Spaniards against anti-Condavid measures, strong clashes between protesters and police

Several violent protests took place in the Spanish capital. Protesters have expressed anger at the anti-visus measures.

The riots also erupted in Barcelona, Bilbao, Burgos, Santander, and Valencia. According to media reports, 29 police officers and seven protesters were injured until 32 people were arrested.

In many cases, violence appears to have been fed by extreme right groups linked to football clubs, according to police.

Otherwise, protesters reportedly threw stones at the police, set fire to garbage bins, and robbed several shops.
