The boy is barely seen on the wheel, but he is driven by two adults in the car. In the video he is seen crossing a fast truck as two adults in his car, thought to be his parents, are heard laughing, broadcast News.net.
The video was filmed at a magistrate's in the Sibiu Valley, in Romania's Transylvania area.
