CEC seeks to lift police clock on Election Day in Podujevo, North Mitrovica

At the Central Election Commission meeting, President Valdete Daka said they will ask the Health Ministry to remove the police hour in Podujevo and North Mitrovica on Election Day “since after 7 am no movement in Podujevo since they are in the red zone needs to talk to MSh. [...]

Because after 7 p.m., you're not allowed to move to Podujevo after they're in the red zone, you need to talk to MS to let your move go after 7 p.m. We have surveillance and media. We have to apply to the minister for the police watch to be removed” has said Dhaka.

While, Burim Ahmetaj from the CEC Secretariat, said they have secured 50 protective cloaks from the Health Ministry for mobile teams.

“Completed voter registration period via mail. We've taken measures in terms of the security of sensitive material. Election forms are under way printing them. We're in the process of people being trapped due to the vivid 19. 50 protective cloaks have been provided by the Health Ministry for mobile teams”, Ahmetaj.

Ylli Bulshaj from the Office for the Registering of Political Partys said there were large numbers of interested people to observe elections.

We have 31 local media monitors and 4 of them international. There have been numerous interested people to observe 1665 total elections of 1174 of the 338 political parties of the other 13 NGOs and 132 from local media and 8 from international ones. All these observers --” -- were decided to accredit, Bulshaj said.

On the other hand, Arian Elshani from the Council for Legal Affairs and the Public Information Supervisor Council said they made an informative video concerning the protection measures of Covid 19, where it is also envisioned how voting will take place within infected persons.

“Monitore of the election process on Election Day has an operational plan and our recommendations have been given. The administrative guidance will be for these two municipalities, which should be valid for the second round of elections”, Elshani said.

We've made a video spot informative about the protective measures of Covid 19 where we've predicted how voting will take place within infected persons. This sport on social networks and local radio” has begun to appear, he added.
