Biden and his family visited the Brandywine Catholic Church in Greenville to move on less to the cemetery where his son rests.
Beau died of brain cancer at 46, 2015.
A street in Ferizaj bears the name of Beau, the son of Beden, which the president had visited several years ago in Kosovo.
