The court through an answer for Kosova Prees has said that confidential procedures related to the prosecution remain confidential.
Until an indictment is made public, it remains confidential as well as procedures related to its review. Based on Procedure and Testing Adjust, if an indictment is confirmed it will be made public no later than the first appearance of the accused before Judge”, the Special Court's response states.
