Polls: Americans choose Biden for pandemic, and Trump for economy

Presidential Democrat candidate Joe Biden holds his supremacy over Republican President Donald Trump in Michigan's state, while in North Carolina they are fighting face-to-face, according to a survey by Reuters and Ipsos. The survey asks potential voters from the six critical, unclear states (iscons, Pennsylvania, Michigan, North Carolina, Florida]

Presidential Democrat candidate Joe Biden holds his supremacy over Republican President Donald Trump in Michigan's state, while in North Carolina they are fighting face-to-face, according to a survey by Reuters and Ipsos.

The survey questions potential voters from the six critical, unclear states (iscons, Pennsylvania, Michigan, North Carolina, Florida and Arizona) who will play a key role in determining the winner of the presidential election.

In Michigan, Biden leads by 51%, compared to 44% of Trump. Last week their percentages were 51% and 43%, respectively. 28% of respondents said they had already voted.

- In North Carolina, Biden has 49% 4.8% last week) compared to 46% for Trump (47% in the previous survey). However, this change is within the limits of statistical error. 18% have already voted.

In Pennsylvania, Trump narrowed the gap to 45% from Beden. Last week, Biden was ahead with 51% against 44% of Trump. 15% have already voted.

In Wisconsin, Beden leads Trump by 51% to 43%, increasing his supremacy by one point compared to last week. Almost one in four voters (24%) have already voted.

In Florida, change is down to 2 points (in statistical error), with Biden leading 49% versus 47% of Trump. 17% have already voted.

- In Arizona, Biden raised his percentage by two points, 50% against 46% of Trump. 10% have already voted.

Voters in all states said they thought that Biden would be better at managing pandemic and Trump better in economic management.

The survey has been conducted online in six countries, English and Spanish (Florida and Arizona). The stamp of statistical error is 4%.
