Political Bazaar, party market: The VV's first reaction after Citak's withdrawal from Washington

Former Glauk Konjufca advisor Kreshnik Ahmeti has called the decision late for Ambassador Vlora Citaku to return to Kosovo while saying that “such devices” have degraded Kosovo, but without providing much explanation. Ahmeti has said that the fact that President Thaci has not acted on former Prime Minister Konjufca's request but on [...]
Ahmeti has said that the fact that President Thaci has not acted on former Prime Minister Konjufca's request, but on Citak's request indicates that this has to do with party deals.
The fact that the president has not acted on the request of Minister Konjufca, but has demanded that the withdrawal decision come as a result of Mrs. Citaku, there is also a sign that there is no decision to respect the law here, but for party shopping”, Ahmeti has said.
“Foreign Service is regulated by legal and underground acts. There the precise mandates are determined and no one can handle this important foreign policy mechanism, such as the individual space that it usurps and leaves when it wishes. Along with Mrs. Citaku is not returning to other mission chiefs, assigned with political keys, who are still standing illegal, as has Mrs. Chitaku”, he said.
Full response:
Vlora Citaku would have to return from the diplomatic mission a year ago, for that is how the law of the country he represented imposed it.
When we sent the proposals for drawing the decrees to the President, none of the mission chiefs we had asked for the withdrawal did so. Rather, the orders from them were agreeing to our decision, because it was clear that the laws of the Republic of Kosovo were being violated by their stance.
Today, we're realizing that Mrs. Citaku will return from the mission, following a request she made to the president. Here we must not miss some important elements:
1. Foreign service is regulated by legal and underground acts. There the exact mandates are determined, and no one can handle this important foreign policy mechanism, such as the individual space that it usurps and leaves when it wishes;
2. Along with Mrs. Citaku is not returning to other mission chiefs, assigned with political keys, who are still standing illegal, as has Mrs. Chitaku?
3. Decisions on individual grounds are a sign of political markets. Today's case shows that PLAN shopping has only resumed. These deals, besides the position of president of ministries, will include the ambassador's position in Washington DC itself;
4. The fact that the president has not acted on Minister Konjufca's request, but has demanded that the decision on withdrawal come as a result of Mrs. Chitaku, there is also a sign that here is not a decision to respect the law but a party bargain.
Clientism and such markets have degraded Kosovo in today's political, economic and social position. This approach should be completed as soon as possible. The end of this approach and the beginning of justice and constitutionality have general elections.
