Mustafa: Haki Rugova's arrest with political background, we suspect they wanted to tarnish the Hoti Government as well

Mustafa, at a media conference, said Hakki Rugova's arrest was done without any legal basis and that this arrest was carried out on the day it was reported for the 100-day government, which he said was aimed at tarnishing the Government.
