Mustafa, at a media conference, said Hakki Rugova's arrest was done without any legal basis and that this arrest was carried out on the day it was reported for the 100-day government, which he said was aimed at tarnishing the Government.
“On behalf of the LDK seeks to develop the judicial process as soon as possible, to prove the legal basis of the charges against Haki Rugova, if this process of contentions we consider that arrest, pre-trial degradation as head of the municipality, as LDK deputy chairman, as a family has become political intended to harm him personally and damage the LDK. The arrest was carried out on the day that the government was reported for 100 days, because there is no relation to corrupts, and we doubt that this government has attempted to stain”, Mustafa said.
The Constitutional Court in Pec today has decided to appoint the measure of house arrest for the 1 month head of the Istog municipality, Haki Rugova.
Rugova, meanwhile, has been arrested under suspicion of misusing official office, giving the municipality's land relatives. A stonebreaker is the reason for Istog's arrest. He allegedly gave a public parcel to his family, who are in charge of the event.
