Hoxhaj for the European Commissioner's visit: Without substance, he promised nothing that was remembered

Hoxhaj, who met with the European commissionary along with Chairman Veseli, says that if the EU does not move by the end of the year for visa liberalisation, its credibility in relation to Kosovo will be in question.
