Farmers' protests before the Ministry of Agriculture begin, seek to meet with Mustafa

A number of farmers from different Kosovo regions backed by the Kosovo Agricultural Union Federation are protesting in front of the Ministry of Agriculture. But protesters are not letting their demands be known without the presence of Agriculture Minister Besian Mustafa.

The head of the Agriculture Union Federation, Tahir Tahiri, has said they are seeking an emergency meeting with Minister Mustafa and that their demands will not be disclosed if the latter does not appear at the meeting.

As the deputy minister at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development appeared before the protesters, Nehat Ramadani, who announced the protesters the minister Mustafa expects at the meeting.

But for the latter to continue to demand that the minister appear before all protesters and not only representatives join the meeting.
