Health Minister (MSH), Armend Zemaj, has announced that the Health Ministry has provided 160,500 vaccines for seasonal flu.
He stressed that under the Anti-COVID-19 Law, Kosovo Assembly deputies have ordered citizens to provide vaccines against COVID-19.
We have actually secured 160,500 vaccines that will be distributed. We are in the process of buying 340,000 vaccines”, he said.
The minister has also talked about the possibility of providing the anti - coronavirus vaccine when it is available.
“The commitment to secure is the Kovaks group, where we've entered the 20 percent security list. Whenever allowed to use the vaccine, we provide the minimum envisioned by the IKKKPK, but the anti-COVID Law, the deputies of the Kosovo Assembly have obliged me to provide all citizens of the Republic of Kosovo with anti-CVID vaccine-19<1>, he said.
The minister of Health has also spoken about the reshuffle of the University Clinical Centre of Kosovo.

We're looking at the best ways for the inputs the new law will give us. Within this year we will follow the new law and need a political consensus.
