More than 300 people have died and thousands have fled their homes since fighting began on September 27th, the BBC writes, translating Periscope into Albanian.
International monitors from the US, Russia and France have launched their efforts to end the violence.
They will meet with the Azer Foreign Minister in Geneva during today.
The Armenian foreign minister will meet with the Russian counterpart in Moscow next Monday.
