I was there to get a coffee. I heard screaming, hail, I thought they were fireworks. He worked from inside the car. He stopped by and gave it to his father. Roland was my son brother”, the witness confessed.
Otherwise injured in the event were Roland Chapaj, 28-year-old and his brother-in-law, Nicolaq Chapaj (Tularay), 36-year-old who had only been released from prison for three days.
