Following the failure of finalisation of the co-governance agreement, which was expected to take place last night (Monday), the LVVV and LDK agreed that at the next meeting to be held today, the QUINT ambassadors in Kosovo and the chief of the EU office will also attend.
News of the meeting with internationals has revealed the Vetevendosje Movement.
But the leader of this party, Albin Kurti, while in opposition, constantly criticised the government, saying in the impossible to resolve its issues, they are involving internationals to resolve the issues.
Even in a speech at the XVI meeting of the LVV General Council on November 2nd 2014, Albin Kurti had criticised Hashim Thaci for interfering with internationals in various state processes, writes Periscopi.
Kurti had said that outside the Parliament, it is those citizens who make the intervention, implying that international involvement was not acceptable at all.
“Hashim Thaci cares that this intervention is by internationals, by ambassadors, from foreigners for compromise. He's no longer saying he has numbers, but he's looking for sweeping governments. We are interested in making the outside parliamentary intervention of citizens”, Kurti had declared.
Clearly, the LVV leader has undergone drastic changes in attitudes since his candidacy for prime minister of the country.
The LDK's LVV cannot agree on the achievement of the ruling coalition. The main problem is the post of chairman of the Assembly, which both parties want.
