I'd testify. I was going to lecture, give a summary of”, said Mr. Giuliani as he arrived Tuesday night with a black tie at the New Year's party on President Trump's property in Florida.

Trump faces two counts of impeachment adopted last month by the majority of democratic lawmakers in the Chamber of Representatives controlled by Democrats while the Republicans unanimously rejected them. Trump is accused of abusing power by pressuring Kiev to open an investigation into one of his best democrat challengers in 2020, former Vice President Joe Biden and charges of obstructing Congress in investigating his Ukrainian-related actions.
Mr. Giuliani's testimony, if ever it happens, can be informative. /Vosa
