Thaci: Kosovo won't be blocked for long

President Hashim Thaci said the country will not be blocked for long without functional institutions.

He made these comments after the solemn academy “Thank you to Albania”, commemorating Albania's 21st anniversary of the Kosovo people's hospitality in 1999.
