The unfortunate man was pushed down the stairs and died of his wounds. The images show 71-year-old Edgar Moncayo talking on his mobile phone at 102nd Street in Corona about 3:00am on January 13th.
The door of the building suddenly opens and begins a brief row between Moncayo and his tenants, identified by sources as 22-year-old Alex Garces.
Garces reportedly pushed Moncayo, which falls down a ladder of red bricks and hits the sidewalk with his head. Garces and a friend then go down the stairs and pass Moncay's motionless body on the sidewalk.
The tenants initially told officers that the crash was an accident that occurred as he tried to get his mattress out of the building and hit the front door, causing Moncayo to fall, police sources say, Kosovo Press broadcasts.
