On Wednesday, as Kosovo was marking the 21st anniversary of the macabre massacre that Serbian police forces had committed in Kosovo, in which 45 civilian Albanians were killed, Kosovo accepted a blow from Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama.
Rama on the same day handed out a plea against his Kosovo counterpart Ramush Haradinaj. Through this indictment he claims Ramush Haradinaj has slandered him through public statements, where he has spoken of exchange of territories. Rama's move has triggered reactions in Kosovo and Albania and strongly condemned this step, while in Serbia they have enjoyed that fact.
Speaking to this indictment, incumbent Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj said Wednesday evening that Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama on the basis of media reports has filed charges against him in court.
