After relative calm, violence in the capital and in the vastly rainy parts has returned. More than 15 people were killed during clashes between protesters and police after protesters blocked many roads.
On Saturday, four people were shot to death at the time when police raided the protest camps throughout the country, adding to their fear of widespread oppression of discontent.
However, protesters turned into large groups Saturday evening and Sunday morning and began marching the streets again.
At least 50 protesters have suffered bullet wounds and about 100 others were injured by tear gas.
To this situation, the United Nations has reacted, demanding disruptions of violence and taking measures to resolve the political crisis, writes “France 24”, Report Express broadcast.
