Prosecutor Hajdari is cleared for non-announcement in Apel about the “Proto” case

Case prosecutor “Proto”, Drita Hajdari, yesterday became aware that she had not complained at the Court of Appeals in the case of release of the accused in question.

Contacted by Klan Kosova, she said today that the complaint in Appeal will be submitted, but after she accepts the indictment.

Meanwhile, prosecutor Hajdari had reported to the police today that she had received threats. The law bodies indicated that the case will be handled by relevant police units in co-operation and co-ordination with the competent prosecutor.
