Occasional prosecutor “The People's Office” dropped accusations against Sabit Berisha and Lire Luza

The special prosecutor of the case “People's Office”, Sylla Hoxha, in his final address, said that in the absence of evidence, he gave up prosecution against accused Sabit Berisha and Lirece Luzha.

Regarding the other indictees, Hoxha said that in terms of other indictees from this indictment following the handling of judicial considerations which, due to nature, several court hearings and listening to numerous witnesses before this court, considered that evidence of the investigative witnesses of the paperwork was generally confirmed.

Charged in the case of “The People's Eye” are Avni Llumnica, Ragip Salova, Sadri Ramabaja, Behxhet Luzha, Halim Halimi, Bajrush Konjusha, Murat Jashari and Rexhep Toplana.
