The LDK's leadership has been gathered ost, a day after nomination by President Hashim Thaci of Albin Kurti for prime minister. LDK Chairman Isa Mustafa, after the meeting, has stated that by the end of the week, they must sit down to reach the agreement, or must declare that no agreement can be reached.
In this regard, LV Deputy Chairman Arberie Nagavci has welcomed Musta's statement, viewing it as will and willingness and wished it would not be conditioning or ultimatum.
Nagavci Posting:
The back count of days for government voting started today. I appreciate the LDK chairmanship meeting and see it as a step forward in reaching the agreement.
I fully agree with Mr. Mustafa “committed to working for an agreement that respects the will of citizens in last October elections. The deal should highlight a balanced and balanced government with balanced responsibilities between the two sides in line with what citizens have given us their trust...”
The same line is LV! So in our proposals, we have offered to share equally the assume of responsibilities in government, or even more than the balance of governance by trusting in it. The LDK leadership of six ministries while we rule with 5 ministries.
As far as power sharing is concerned, this defines the Constitution at Article 4 and LV! She is inclined and vows her full respect.
According to the Constitution, we already have legislative powers derived from direct voting and the Speaker of the Parliament, which has been voted by 75 MPs.
We should work on voting Government within the constitutional deadline and sharing executive responsibilities.
We must pledge common commitment to the election of Conform Constitution.
We must mobilise for full professionalism and creation of conditions for the effort of judicial power and institutions that advocate constitutional order, territorial integrity, order and public calm.
I believe such an agreement meets expectations and respects the will of citizens in the recent parliamentary elections. Once we have a declarative expression of the will of LDK representatives, I expect this to be done practically. Very good to have this deal reached by the end of the week. I see it as will and readiness, I wish it is not conditioning or ultimatum (as some media are interpreting).
And when that will exists there's no principled condition that can stumble.
